New Market porcelain veneers
If you saw the series Mad Men that was on AMC recently, you undoubtedly remember Betty, the character played by actress January Jones. That's right–her name is really January Jones.
Perhaps Ms. Jones has New Market porcelain veneers. She certainly is an attractive woman with a great smile as you can easily see from pictures. A former Dairy Queen employee, Ms. Jones hails from South Dakota. She is a chic, all-American woman in addition to her acting talents.
Right off the bat, you can see what a tremendous effect having healthy teeth and a brilliant smile make on Ms. Jones. She very well might have acquired New Market porcelain veneers , even though she has unfortunately never been my patient. She may also have had a New Market smile makeover for that matter, but again, not from me. I have had a number of famous people as dental patients, though.
As a rule, I really like the patients who place importance on their dental health and who want to maintain their beautiful smile. Dentistry is one of two things: cosmetic or curative. At times, it is both. I perform both kinds. The first concern I have is for your health. I also have an equally significant second concern and that is how you look when I'm done. But the two have to work together.
I do a lot of porcelain veneers for my New Market patients, and I always try to minimize the destruction of natural tooth material. The reason for this is because I want to leave your teeth as sturdy and solid as they were previous to your veneers. That way, if you ever change your mind and want to get the veneers taken off, it's easily done. I will never compromise health for aesthetics. But since you are the patient, you'll be the one to make the decisions.
